Is there a 24 hour reception?
There is no 24- hour reception with the concierge as in a hotel and therefore we ask to be informed about the time of check-in and check-out.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14.00 to 20.30 but it is possible to agree on different times by contacting us in advance, in any case not after 10pm. Check-out must be done before 10.00. If you wish, on the day of check-out you may leave your luggage with us for safekeeping.
What time is breakfast served ?
A full buffet breakfast is available each morning in the garden or in breakfast room from 08.00 to 10.00 and if required we can serve breakfast in your room at no extra charge.
Is it possible to use the kitchen?
No, the kitchen is available to staff only and only for the preparation of breakfast and therefore cannot be used by guests.
Is it possible to enter and leave the building at any time?
Yes, you can enter and leave at any time, guests have all the necessary keys. You are kindly asked to avoid making noise at any time of day so as not to disturb the other guests.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all types of credit cards, except American Express.
What are the terms of cancellation?
For each rate and special offer, different cancellation terms are available, which we invite you to read carefully during the booking process on this official website.
Do you offer Internet connection?
The Wi-Fi Internet connection is fast, reliable and free.
Do you have a parking space?
The property does not have private parking. However it is possible to park in the street at no cost and without booking
Do you offer gluten-free menus ?
Yes, our structure, on request, offers gluten-free products. Please inform us of your dietary requirements before your arrival.
Is it possible to smoke inside the rooms?
Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms, including the common areas. The presence of Alarm Smoke detectors will be activated withan acoustic signal.
Is it possible to admit even small animals?
No, unfortunately the structure is not equipped to receive even small animals.
